Make two squares

Now that you have two squares, look at the photos and read the insturctions.
Attach yarn to back loop of any corner and sc around for 4 sides. Make 3 sc stitches on corners. After you crocheted 1 row for each side, ch1, turn sc evenly for 2 or 4 more rows depending on how wide you want your project to be as shown in the photos.
Fasten off and cut the yarn. Do the same for the other square.
When you finish crocheting the second square, do not fasten off, sc back lool only for one more row to join squares. When crocheting around the squares I use back loops only in order to make the square more salient.
Crochet around for one more round and then sew the middle part together. I sc there and then sl st back. As you see there are 10 rows (5 each) in the middle connecting the squares and 2 rounds all around the whole part.
Take a different color yarn and attach it to back loop of a corner. and sc back loops on only this side. Here I have 60 sc.
For the second row Ch 1 and turn, sc all the way to the end, repeat this for 24 (depending on how many you need) rows.
With orange color yarn (or any color you desire) sc 3 sides of the case, sl st fasten off, attach the same yarn to a bottom corner and start making your border. Mine is made up from 7 dc in ch-5 sp. For this pattern;
sc in the same stitch, ch 5, skip 3, sc,ch 5, sk 3, sc until the end of the row. For an even border you need 15 ch-5 spaces.
Now attach yarn to first ch-5 sp, ch 1 and sc in same space, 7 dc in next ch-5 sp, sc in next, and 7 dc in next, keep repeating the same sequence until the end.
Weave in all ends, and sew a zipper :)
Attach yarn to the stitch closest to the border stitching, ch 1 and sc into the same st. sc next, long sc in next, sc in next and double spike in next, sc in next. Check out the pattern:
